Signal Processing First (Pie) by James H McClellan Ronald W Schafer Mark A Yoder @ Rm90.00

Publisher: Pearson Education

Book Information:
This is a fantastic book as an introduction to Signal processing. The authors take the reader from simple tuning fork examples to a detail explanation of the Fourier Transform. Whats more exciting is that the reader derives the Fourier Transform almost without knowing it. The reader is then introduced to finite impulse response filters and infinite impulse response filters while note dodging difficult subjects such as poles and infinity in the IIR filter. The appendix is a comprehensive covererage of complex numbers, matlab programming and lab projects. The CD that accompanies the book gives the reader lots of examples that accompany the various chapters in the book. A must have for any DSP novice or expert.
